usage of all of our software applications. Our service professionals manage the entire project for pre-implementation
requirements analysis to post-implementation ROI and product enhancements. Cognitor's services team varies by project but
typically includes a client services Account Manager, an Application Engineer, DBA, Software Trainers, Knowledge Engineers,
Architect and System Engineers, and Data Management Experts for Software Testing and Reporting.

Customer Needs Analysis
Cognitor will undertake a review of the current environment and work with management to determine the requirements for
successful project implementation, the timeline, resources, outcomes, and milestones for successful completion. Key
Performance Indicators (KPI's) will be defined and understood in the context of the underlying data model and the client's
goals and objectives, both short and long term. All project requirements and plans will be done in a collaborative process.
Requirements for successful data retention and compliance needs base on industry, company policy, or government regulations
will be taken into account.
Implementation
Cognitor's implementation team will follow the guidelines developed in Phase I above using our proprietary techniques and
internally developed Best Practices Models based on the nature and scope of the implementation. All projects are implemented
by our in-house staff who have proven experience and knowledge of the specific software tools and implementation techniques to
guarantee a timely, and successful implantation at the lowest price.
Training
Cognitor offers on-site training or remote training for all of its software applications by a dedicated in-house staff.
We offer training for DBA's, customer service representative, field engineers, management, support staff, and product managers
so that training can be targeted one-to-one for specific issues that need to be addressed based on our Quality Assurance
Monitoring during product usage. Our trainers are well versed in the software products and have expertise in customer service
and training.
Customer Maintenance & Support
Cognitor's Maintenance & Support Services provides on-going support and product enhancement updates for all software
applications by a dedicated in-house team of experts. Cognitor offers 24 by 7 on-line Customer Support for registered
clients under Maintenance & Support Agreements. Our support team comprises of experienced and well-regarded clients
representatives and software applications engineers that are dedicated to quick response and successful resolution.
