Field Service Management is an active reseller of both Cognitor Solutions and the market leading Metrix 4e Service Management Solution, which is used by leading service organizations throughout the world to ensure they can meet continually evolving service levels and responsibilities. The Service Solution manages the full product lifecycle, including sales and installation, ongoing maintenance & support, scheduling & fulfillment of field repairs, back to base repair & swap outs, disposal, part sales and additional services. All of those processes are fully integrated & subject to user defined workflow, ensuring maximum operational efficiency and ultimately higher profitability. The Field Service Management Team has over 10 years experience selling and implementing Metrix service management software and has been a Cognitor partner since 2002, through its predecessor.
