OnDeego's Solution in detail:

Build it:
OnDeego's solution is entirely web-based. It provides the user interface and development tools to
extract design elements and functionality from existing websites, databases, and other PC-based applications.
Simply enter your username and password to access the environment, then leverage the simple but powerful
"website extraction" tools and see how elements will appear in the phone emulator. This method can speed
up application development by several orders of magnitude.

Port it:
With conventional application development, engineers must port applications across all supported handset models.
This is a "high-touch" process that requires a separate file ("build") for each handset class or model. If the developer
wants to support 40 models, they must create anywhere from 5 to 40 different builds. In contrast, OnDeego does not require
manual porting of applications since it uses a new technique called "just-in-time" handset recognition. The developer merely
creates a single application and Ondeego's handset recognition engine configures and customizes the application to the
capabilities of each phone at the moment of download.

Host it:
Because OnDeego transcodes content for every application, a significant portion of the system is hosted internally.
Automatic transcoding allows OnDeego to resize pictures and convert video into formats that are optimized for the target
phone, making the mobile experience richer and more pleasant.

Deliver it:
OnDeego provides several simple yet powerful ways to distribute applications. Developers can either leverage OnDeego's
shortcode and keyword or allow users to place OnDeego's web widget on their Facebook profile or Myspace page. Larger,
more established customers could use existing marketing and distribution channels (on-deck placement) to drive downloads.

Monetize it:
OnDeego provides two major ways to monetize applications. If developers want to charge their customers to
download applications, OnDeego provides an online billing system as well as PSMS carrier billing. If the developer
wants consumers to download their application for free, OnDeego can "turn on" a proprietary ad server that subsidizes
the free usage.
