ITT to implement Cognitor’s “ENQUIRE” Knowledge Management and OneView Business Intelligence software for its Repair Center


February 15, 2010 - Cognitor announced that ITT has selected Cognitor’s “ENQUIRE” Knowledge Management and OneView Business Intelligence software in conjunction with the Metrix service automation software to further strengthen its repair depot center operations. Cognitor has completed the integration of its knowledge management product with the new Metrix M5 Field Service Application.

September 10, 2007 - Georgia Pacific in Atlanta, GA has successfully deployed Cognitor’s Archival Solution for their internal IT Help Desk, and has purchased another license for their Human Resources Service Center and Building Products Claims Office operations running with the AMDODCS CRM software. Georgia Pacific is a leading manufacturer of tissue, pulp, paper, packaging and building products and related chemicals. Cognitor’s software has been deployed in their production environment to remove and archive cases, interactions and other business objects to reduce production database size and costs and meet their goals for corporate data archiving and data retention policies in a timely and cost efficient manner.

Western Canada Lottery Corporation (WCLC) in Saskatoon, Canada has selected Cognitor’s “ENQUIRE”

August 1, 2007 - ENQUIRE software will be deployed in WCLC's technical support and Retail Services group running under the Metrix Service Management platform. WCLC manages, conducts and operates lottery and gaming-related activities for its Members, the governments of Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba and its associate members - the Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. The ENQUIRE knowledge management application will provide a unified interface to their global knowledge base for the call center, field service, repair center, internal help desk, and software support and IT services groups.

Sony Selects Cognitor for Relational Data Archiving Software
